Landlord Support from Wetzel Realty

Wetzel Realty is pleased to announce our new Landlord Support program. As a full-service real estate company, we have years of experience in lease marketing for homeowners looking for renters. In this capacity our services include:

  • creating listings in the MLS and on sites such as Zillow, Trulia, etc.

  • finding renters through our connections with various international companies

  • obtaining credit and criminal background checks

  • creating leases and facilitating their signing by all parties.

We have now expanded lease marketing to include landlord support. This service bridges the gap between self-managing and full-service property management. We offer various services, which owners can choose à la carte to suit their specific needs.

Our options for landlord support include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • entry and end walks

  • semi-annual home visits

  • preventive and routine maintenance (including obtaining quotes, hiring vendors, and coordinating between vendors, landlords, and tenants)

  • vacation backup

  • eviction assistance

  • consulting on issues such as taxes and insurance.

If you are interested in an investment property but not sure if it’s for you, we also offer advice based on our years of expertise. If you already own a house, we can help navigate whether selling or renting is best for you. Either way, we can let you know what to expect, and support you along the way.

As mentioned above, we are a full-service real estate company, so of course buying and selling is also a major focus for us. If you do decide to buy an investment home, we would love to help you find one that’s perfect for you and offer you discounts on lease marketing.

We’re excited to branch out in this new direction, and would love to answer any questions you might have or set up a consultation. Please contact us at realty@wetzelservices.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
