Or have you wondered how to word your refusal to a supplier’s request, knowing that cultural expectations might call for a softer approach than comes naturally to you?

 How we give feedback and say no is shaped by our background, previous experiences, and culture. This course will give you the knowledge and language skills you need to give effective and constructive criticism in an American context.
